Refund Policy: Students will be able to receive a refund anytime prior to their CE credit being submitted to the Department of Insurance for reasons such as dissatisfaction with course content or presentation, technical problems, or any other reason in which the student feels value was not achieved. In states where credits are not submitted to the Department of Insurance by the provider, refunds cannot be granted after the student's CE certificate has become available for them to print. Under certain circumstances, refunds will be given only under the discretion of the Provider Director.
