Getting Started California Automobile Assigned Risk Plan (CAARP) - 4 Introductory Courses The CAARP Online CE courses are designed to instruct licensed agents/brokers, support staff and CAARP certified producers about the purpose and function of the California Automobile Assigned Risk Plan (CAARP), and the California Low Cost Automobile Insurance Program (LCA). The CAARP Introduction CE Course has been divided into 4 parts. Each part is a 1-hour course, approved for 1 CE credit. You must receive a grade of 70% or better on the exam. Each course costs $15.00 each. You only pay when you've passed the exam. Once you are ready to begin, please click any of the course titles below. While the courses can be taken in any order, it is recommended that you take them beginning with Part 1 through Part 4.
