Motor Carrier Filings If a filing or a certificate of insurance is requested to be made on your behalf and filed with a regulating agency, such as, but not limited to the PUC, ICC, FHA, DOT or DMV, the terms of your policy will be affected. The following will apply to all policies with filings: Additional coverages and related premiums may include Hired Automobile, Employers Non-Ownership and Pollution Liability. All vehicles owned by the named insured used in connection with their operating authority must be insured under this policy. Vehicles may be deleted from this policy in three instances:
All requests to cancel a policy must be made at least 35 days prior to the date cancellation will become effective when there are filings involved. All cancellation requests must be:
