Extent of Coverage

The servicing carrier is required to write a policy for Bodily Injury of $15,000 per person and $30,000 per occurrence and Property Damage of $5,000.

The insured may also purchase:
  • Higher limits if required by law, ordinance, regulation, or other requirements of a political subdivision.
  • Medical Payments in the amount of $1,000 on private passenger vehicles insured on a commercial policy.
  • Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury up to $30,000 per person and $60,000 per occurrence.
